“Seeing all the negative reviews of this branch made me apprehensive on my trip over but since the majority of them seemed to be about passports and I was there to send a package I thought I'd give it a try. I went early so the wait wasn't long for me but the line did grow shortly after I got there, however the people working there seemed to be very efficient with the process. I had some questions about international shipping and the gentleman helping me was very polite and patient. I did happen to hear someone come in asking about passports, and while I understand the frustration of going there thinking it can be done only to learn you'd have to suddenly make room in your schedule to drive another 15-20 minutes to do it elsewhere, I thought the woman who helped them was also very polite and and she kindly informed them of the court house. Still, that information should be updated to avoid the confusion if they don't provide that service anymore. Either that or maintain a consistent schedule for when it can be done. I'm not sure what the story is there.”

“Sometimes you feel frustrated when you use USPS service, but when I came to this post office this morning for the returned package, I was so pleased that Ms. Yikaury really helped me a lot. She spent a lot of time trying to figure out the issues and solutions to resolve the issues. She was very polite and calm. I was so impressed with her professionalism and kindness. I think she really deserves credits. USPS deserves credits as well for providing such great service!”

“The Postal Service employees know their job. It's the customers who are the problem. There were 8 people on line ahead of me today, and only 1 had her item properly prepared for mailing. She sailed through, as did I. One customer couldn't understand why he couldn't mail an unsecured folder of loose papers. Another insisted loudly that his use of black electrical tape was just fine. If customers would simply follow the clearly posted rules, there wouldn't be the frustrating delays they themselves cause. I was just amazed at the patience of the Postal employees. They deserve tremendous credit for keeping calm in the face of incompetent, disrespectful, and even belligerent customers. I wouldn't be able to last a day in that job.”
“I don't understand the hate at all for this location I've never experienced a problem here ever and I've been using them for over 8 years now. There's 1 older male who has been there the whole time who is very speedy and fast with the checkouts, which some people may come off as rude, but he's just doing his job he isn't rude at all. Maybe I'm to laid back or maybe some of y'all are just to stuck up lmao Idk anyways this is a nice post office and service is just fine”
