“Im having an above excellent experience since my first visit yesterday. Receptionist was super simple to book a same day emergency with. Arriving felt like home. (Not a cold scary hospital) Very friendly & accommodating! The vet assistant Zachary so helpful & gentle with my sick dog. Theres literally no judgement here. No pretentiousness or negativity. & they have an app & text me this morning to check in to make sure shes doing better. Rates are very decent! Best Ive found.
Dr Crosby really listened, he was fun & engaging which made me relax a whole lot and Im very grateful ? for his expertise & continues to take classes to stay up to date which is great! Its so nice to be heard & respected for taking the natural approach & have a sit down honest conversation with someone about serious issues.
They even ask in the form if youre open to learn more about diet or not. Zero pressure. Im all about diet & prevention & thats how you know they are a great veterinarian hospital.

They even have doctors who specialize in things like homeopethic & natural remedies & they all worked together for us! Being in rescue for decades Ive seen in other cities the holisitc doctors get put on the back burner at regular clinics. Here they are all educated in various natural fields.

Kingsley makes me feel like ive chosen a great place to live, even tho im 45 min away, because I know I have someplace to turn for comprehensive health care for my dogs when things get scary.

They also have thimerasol free rabies vaccines.”

I can write pages upon pages how these girls have taken care of all my babies and me. From allergy issues with my olde English bull doggie ALLI-she has severe allergies they would give her steroid shots in the car because she hated other dogs and she didn't n33d to get upset or stess me out. Next we have Rottweilers one had cancer and a growth that started leaking and it was tine to show mercy. . The girls were so caring. I will forever remember.”

“My baby girl had a HGE (Hemorrhagic Gastroenteritis) episode. She was at the regular vet all day for fluids but needed some overnight care. My regular vet recommended these guys and I'm so happy they did. The vet called over to let them know my baby was coming in and as soon as we arrived they had us already in a room and her taken back to be hooked back up to IVs. Then came the time to leave her and I was a bit emotional they were so understanding and empathetic. I was more emotional then my baby girl was. She was completely comfortable. They kept me updated on her and she seems to have melted hearts while being there as she was given love as she was leaving. Then days later contacted me to ask how she was recovering which was really nice. They made us feel more like family then just another number on a computer system. My girl was very comfortable and that's what matters the most. Hopefully I won't have to use an ER again but if I do I'm going here.

“Dr Brown and his staff are not only the finest Vet care you could ever have but in my opinion they are the best medical team of any kind I have ever been to. They are on time , we have never had to wait more than 10 minutes. When we call there Chris makes sure your questions are answered ASAP !! We live in Tallahassee and the drive to his office is worth every minute it takes to get there. Also for the service and knowledge you get ,its not overpriced . Thank you Dr. Brown !!!”
