Had the worst experience with Annie, my son hit the cash back option by mistake and she went off on him calling him stupid and shoved the cash back and his purchased items at him, she was rude and various clients there confirmed she had yelled at my son while he was being polite, Do not go to this 711

Came here to use the restroom as a first time customer and Annie was very rude as I asked her to direct me to where the bathrooms were. Saying remarks such as “OMG” in a frustrating manner.

Filthy! Right after I paid for it I realized what am I doing this place is disgusting. Threw it away. Rude old lady that doesn’t speak English at the front and a very aggressive kind of cute, from 1 to 10 he’s a solid four young man at the front counter that claims he’s the owner. The store smells and it’s very dirty and they try to cheat you pretending like they don’t understand English. I will never go back to this store again. I’m from the other side of town I only came over here passing through and it was such a bad 7-Eleven experience I had to come on here and warn everyone! Horrible horrible experience unprofessional and extremely ghetto lacking in common courtesy, common sense and respect

Doors are locked with nobody inside during normal business hours. I waited for 10 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous.

Good afternoon, the service was terrible from the young woman with the earrings and the lady who speaks Spanish. I asked for the bathroom, please. They looked at each other. The lady answered me in English. I let them know that I don't speak English. I asked if they had a key, I knocked on both bathrooms. It took 10 minutes for anyone to come out. When I left the store, the lady was saying goodbye to another customer in very fluent Spanish. If it was to consume, how do they expect me to buy something for lunch and a drink and so they lend me the bathroom and I go into the bathroom with what I bought. Really bad service. They stop selling.

It lasted 10 minutes no one came out and when I left the store the lady said goodbye to another customer in very fluent Spanish, if it was for consuming as they expect I bought something for lunch and drink and so they lend me the bathroom and I can go into the bathroom with what I bought really bad attention they stop selling
