About A Gift For Teaching
A Gift For Teaching is a highly recommended organization that provides a valuable service to teachers. The store is clean, organized, and welcoming, with a friendly and patient staff that creates a positive experience for volunteers and visitors alike. The business accepts donations of new and gently used school supplies, including a wide range of items such as realia, rulers, globes, furniture, curriculum materials, books, models, and puzzles, which are then made available to teachers at no cost. Many have had positive experiences volunteering at the store, including helping to organize and stock the shelves. Overall, A Gift For Teaching is described as a great cause and a wonderful place for teachers to obtain the supplies they need.

Best people helping teachers. It is a long trip from Independence, but it is well worth it. Thank you.

Great for providing supplies for teachers, nice helpful staff. Donated art and craft items knowing would be used by local schools.
