About ACE Rent A Car
ACE Rent A Car has a long-standing reputation for providing great service, a wide selection of vehicles, and excellent value. Established in 1966, the company offers a variety of vehicles including cars, vans, SUVs, and specialty vehicles, all with low mileage and at competitive prices. With over 350 locations worldwide, ACE is known for its award-winning service that sets it apart from other rental chains. Customers appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the staff, especially at locations near airports, where shuttle services are reliable and timely. Staff members, including Jorge and Riz, are often praised for their helpful, respectful, and positive attitude, making the rental process smooth and quick. Many reviews highlight the ease of renting, with no hidden costs and affordable deposits. However, some experiences include minor issues, such as rude behavior from outside staff and unexpected additional charges, like extra driver fees not discussed beforehand. Despite these, the overall experience remains positive due to the quality of service and vehicle condition. Customers recommend ACE for their friendly service, good vehicles, and convenient services, making it a preferred choice for rental needs, especially near Orlando and airport areas.

Nice car only 5000 miles on it Hyundai Electra and no extra charges. I told him I had insurance and I didn’t use any tolls and just had to fill up a gas and return it. Everything worked out well better than I expected a shuttle bus too and from the airport.
