I placed an order online. They say they don't have it even though they have it. They made me wait for half an hour. When I went there again, they told me they didn't have it and cancelled it. Absolute disgrace

Terrible store all of the staff was extremely rude to us because we didn't speak Spanish and refuse to help us. We went across the street to AutoZone and they were very helpful and got the part we needed

Service at this store sucks. A Spanish lady that works there I think her tag says Michelle has no manners or respect for customers. I went to get a couple of batteries charged and she just started giving me attitude for no reason. I asked her why she giving me and she told me today is not the day. I asked to speak to her superior he reply was" I got not time for this" and" I have an attitude and so was what". She then walk off the store to the back and talk to someone came and to me "the supervisor is not here but you go to the back and talk to the acting supervisor. I asked her if he can come up front and told me"if you want to speak with you have to go back there". I asked again if could as her supervisor to come to the and she straight ignored me and after staring me down for a couple of minutes she walked away. I then decided to go the back to talk to the supervisor her wasn't much better he blew off and defened her by saying she been the all day working that's why she kinda grumpy how's that the customer's fault. I felt so upset about the way I was treated I will not be returning to this store. I went to the out location on lee rd and edgewater and Alex gave excellent service !
