I ordered my part at nine fifteen in the morning to be delivered to my residence. By ten forty the part had arrived with no problems. I recommend them for home delivery if you are unable to visit the store directly. It did cost $8.99 but was worth it to have it delivered to my front door.

Store was not busy. Stood at the counter for 8min without anyone acknowledging my presence and it was not like the 5 people working there did not see me. I turned around and left and went to the AutoZone on the corner.

The Audacity!I worked for Discount Auto Parts (formerly Advance) for 3 years, 20 years ago. I was also raised next to a mechanic shop.I went into this location for a couple quarts of oil because it had gotten a little low (economy made me delay maintenance a little). I was in the store 10 minutes, no one asked if they could help me. After going to the car, getting the receipt from the last time my daughter bought an oil change, and bought my oil, I go out to the parking lot to give my baby (my car) a little liquid relief.The audacity of that same clerk who checked me out, to come out and tell me I’m doing it wrong, that I was supposedly putting the oil in the transmission. Excuse you, I can read! It said Engine Oil; the transmission fluid is on the other side of my KIA engine, and that liquid is RED. There is an obvious difference.I’m insulted! As a girl you don’t want to help me in the store; but also because I’m a girl I don’t know what I’m doing? ?

I walked in grabbed some wipers and no one acknowledged me or said just a minute or anything. I know they were doing inventory but. I ordered the wipers for both vehicles on Amazon

I called the store to see if they carried a certain battery and spoke with “V”. He was helpful and kind. When I went to the store, Ernesto waited on me and he was so helpful as well. I mentioned I’d spoke with “V” and “V” came over, got the new battery and installed it for me. I have a Chevy Camaro and the battery is under the spare tire (don’t ask). He took everything apart, installed the new battery and put everything back perfectly. Again he was so patient and kind. Thank you for wonderful customer service!
