"SAVE YOURSELF SOME TIME!!
Advance sold me a faulty part and refused to exchange the part. They wanted receipt proof that it was installed correctly, but it couldn't be installed because it was broken, and I didn't have a receipt to prove that the part was "installed" correctly because my car was sitting at the shop who informed me of the faulty part & the shop can't give me a receipt until I pay.. It's a catch 22 and Advance is making it impossible on me. I'll be sure to do my shoping else where from now on."

"Came to buy a battery after mine died twice in the same day and their sign says they install the batteries there at the store. Associate waited until after they sold me the battery to inform me they don't install MY car's battery since it's difficult. Fine. I didn't know where it was located. They had to jump my car so I could go down the street to Tire Kingdom to have it installed, wherein they informed me I was sold the completely wrong battery! It was almost twice the size of my old one. So I had to buy another battery at Tire Kingdom so I could get home, 2 hours away. Such a waste of time. "
