Besides some small trouble at the pick-up, everything else was smooth. The car was clean, fuel-efficient, and reasonably priced. In addition, Norm really puts customer satisfaction first. He was keen on hearing my feedback and even gave me a discount for the inconvenience at pick-up. I would certainly rent from them again.
