After being on hold for over an hour and receiving a call stating your daughter is in acute crisis. I can truly understand why the reviews are so negative. God help the people with mental health issues and their families 🙏

Would give negative if I could. Reception desk was horrible. Drove here and had to wait for 10 mins to talk receptionist to check in. She said we were late because we hadn’t checked in. We were literally standing right behind to check in. Jean or however it is spelled is horrible and doesn’t want to do her job.

My daughter has an RNS device in her brain because she is epileptic. This facility is a nightmare. They won't take my calls or give me any info. My next call is to a lawyer. This place should be investigated.
