Came in there a couple of months ago due to a dual SIM card issue, politely explained my difficulties and the rude gentleman stood there with his arms crossed and didn’t even attempt to look at my phone or do any of the bare minimum!!! Just said there’s nothing they can do and then proceeded to try and SELL ME a completely separate phone instead since “that’s the only way dual SIM cards can work” according to the gentleman in a rude tone. I then calmly took my business to another AT&T store and they fixed my issue in under 10 minutes. Rude employees and totally unprofessional! 0/10 would recommend going there

I turned in my phone over a week ago and i keep getting unsolicited calls from this location, even text messages I’ve gone up there multiple times it’s a bit unsettling knowing that these people are calling me and texting me everyday and they have all my information it doesn’t feel safe. I keep getting calls from a Manu and the manager is aware of everything can someone please help with this.

This is NOT a corporate AT&T store—stay away!
The store manager, Manuel, is extremely unprofessional. I had to call back after he hung up on me mid-conversation, and when he answered, he said, “You don’t get it, I’m not ever waiving a restocking fee to ANYONE,” followed by, “I don’t care what AT&T says; they can’t tell me how to run my store.” He flat-out refused to accept my return—even though the box was unopened—and wouldn’t consider any options. Instead of helping, he chose to act with a rude “tough guy” attitude over the phone.
What’s worse, all the negative reviews here get the same copy-and-paste reply about emailing them so “leadership” can reach out. But Manuel is the store manager—who are we supposed to expect to follow up? I called AT&T directly, and they made it clear they’re unhappy with this store’s behavior and strongly recommend only going to a corporate store.
It’s unfortunate because there are authorized dealers out there who treat their clients professionally and with respect—this store gives them a bad name. Avoid this place at all costs.

Extremely poor customer service! Had to pay a restocking fee for returning a phone that the employee opened when we never “consented” to opening. Manuel (the store manager, who apparently couldn’t be bothered to be there in person and the district manager claimed that even though the employee was not given permission to open the box that it was not a good enough reason to refund the restocking fee. We cancelled our internet and phone service. Not that anyone cares. Pathetic. We were then told we could drive to the Winter Park store because they were a “corporate” store as though they would be able to help us. So we drove to the WP store where they were unable to help us either. Though I must say the employees there were very helpful. This is all over 50 dollars! This is why everyday people are so frustrated with corporate America. Rather than doing what is right they would rather take every dollar they can get instead of actually helping people and doing the right thing. Of ATT becomes the last provider of internet and cellular we will go back to writing letters and reading books. THOS IS ABSOLITELY INFURIATING!!!! Just go to Winter Park where the employees actually seem to care.

The first young lady I spoke to in the store had all the answers I was looking for. She showed me all the phone options and was able to quickly look at my bill to compare costs and how much would be added to the bill with buying the new phone. She then transferred all my data from the old phone on to the new one and I was out on time for my next meeting! She did a great job and I wish I could remember her name to give her due credit but I’m terrible with names. Good job young lady.

I had a terrible experience at this AT&T location, primarily due to the actions of an employee named Luis Garcia. I went in to trade in my phone (it was a present for my husband. We love our new phones, so this was the last step!), but Luis made a critical error with my husband's order. Not only did he not attach the $1,000.00 trade in promotion, but he sent my husbands phone off without a way to track it. This mistake has left us with a $1,000.00 out of pocket expense. Essentially giving them an iPhone as it was not applied.
Upon return to the store, Luis wasted over two hours of our time when we returned to sort the issue. He lied, couldn't answer anything, and kept giving us the run around. He assured us that if we returned Monday his manager would give us the paperwork proving the trade in. Followed that up by calling my husband later that day to ensure we were coming in.
While they have our phone, the system hasn't updated, and we still have not received any form of email confirmation. To make matters worse, he refused to give us a receipt despite writing a statement admitting the mistake.
When I returned as ask? I waited for over 20 minutes only to find the store locked and closed, even though it was supposed to be open
This experience bas been incredibly frustrating and I regret choosing this store. I'll likely need to file a complaint with FCC due to the mishandling of our order. Please think twice before coming here!

Luis was excellent. I couldn’t have asked for better service. Give that dude a raise or you’ll never keep him. ATT customer service has been trash for years and years and years and years. Luis is an ALLSTAR! Take care of your best employees.

The worst store, the manager Manual is so very rude! I found out this store is not a att store. Drive to Winter Park where they are helpful and nice.
Manual will be the downfall of this store! He should not be working with the public.

Went to the COYTOWN AT&T store to purchase the new iPhone (16 pro max) after having a very negative experience at another AT&T store the day before. I was greeted by Maya right away with a big smile and she listened to what I wanted . She checked the inventory, but the phone was not in stock but was scheduled to be back in stock within the next couple of weeks. We did the paperwork to trade in my old phone. We discussed the differences between my current phone and the new one. Maya made it a very pleasant experience even though I was disappointed that the phone wasn’t in stock. Based on my interaction with Maya , I would definitely go back to this store again.
