The whole reason I gave this a 5 star rating is because of Robert. He was the only person working so there was a decent wait but his customer service is the best I've ever experienced.

Robert L at the Coytown AT&T store was professional, efficient and offered good advice about less expensive cellular services, did not push to sell me the newest phone and offered accessories but did not pressure me in buying them (which I did after all). Other then the wait. They had to get the phone at another store. Overall they did a good job getting my phone setup.
