Manager, Swede, was so kind and caring, knowledgeable and helpful. Spent so much time with me getting problems straightened out that were actually caused by another AT&T store regarding the plan I was offered. Can't say enough good things about Swede, Alvaro, and Tkai at this store. They are definitely doing it the right way, actually taking care of customers! they went above and beyond. Will definitely recommend this store to everyone. Good job guys!

“Manager” was rude and hung up on me after i called & asked if they had a phone in stock.He told me to leave my phone ordered as they have recently changed the trade in deals and i said that wasn’t relevant to me & i was just trying to pick the phone up in stores today. He got belligerent & hung up on me. Upon calling back he informed he was was the manager. Claimed his name was “Dee”Completely uncalled for as you literally work in customer service.

I've been getting robbed since March 2023 ($200/Montly) and I have not received anything back to this day, not even a cancellation on the payments... Still waiting on my lawyer to proceed with a lawsuit!!

Worse customer service ever. They are rude and condescending. They do not care about customers. They need to hire new employees, the dark skin man scared me he was so rude. I left store with nothing resolved. They stand around and take personal phone calls while customers are waiting.

In January 2023 I went into this store to add a line. That day they also added accessories to that line without asking me. I didn’t even receive any accessories. The next billing cycle, the charges were there. It was a bad employee that no longer works there. However, now we are in July and I have been spending time EVERY month asking for charges to be removed. It’s been a headache and the upper management of this store doesn’t even respond when Swede, the store supervisor, escalates the request.

Swede and Julianna were very kind and helpful. They went the extra mile to make sure the transition to a new phone was seamless. I will definitely make this my new AT&T store.

The energy in this store is HEAVY and DARK! You could feel it as soon as you walked in. I’m not sure of his name but the black tall guy that works here was so rude! He wasn’t rude with any of the male customers but I noticed every female customer that came in he belittled and was very rude to. Even was stern with his female employees. We ended up leaving and going to the one down the street next to Crocante Restaurant! WAYY BETTER BUSINESS!

Run away. Thank me later. The taller black guy was so so rude made me feel so uncomfortable and if I was stupid. He was almost yelling at me. Swede was a bit better.

Some of the staff here are very friendly which I appreciate - but there were some staff (who I believe have been removed) who overcharged me significantly, messed up my account, and this has been a real problem - neither this AT&T store nor the customer services number have been able to help me fix this problem and sort my billing. I now pay 1/3rd the price for unlimited everything with Metro just across the road, who I am now with. I fully recommend looking elsewhere other than AT&T

I went to my local ATT store to enquirer about home internet service. The employee, who shall remain BRAINLESS, used my credit card to steal a set of AirPods AND a service contract. I found out about it only 2 days later BUT it is going on 6 weeks and it has still not been resolved. I was told by ATT that regardless I was responsible for the charges!!! It seems like it will take another few billing cycles to clear up.Not very happy with ATT right now ?
