So far they have replaced my slave cylinder, installed new rear shocks, and then replaced my purge valve. VW has 58k and dealer service fees are astronomical. $427 for oil, tire rotation and brake flush, then wanted to charge me $940 for rear brakes and rotors. I opted for Flex Auto because of their advertisement, and so far have not been disappointed. Super friendly and courteous. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know living in the area. “My passenger side mirror was broken and they showed me on their computer where I can buy the replacement mirror for $95.00. Once I received the mirror, Willie's installed it and charged me $25.00!! The same mirror was hit and had to be replaced several years ago and the dealership charged me $1,000. to replace it and install it! Willie's is the place to go if you want honesty, kindness and excellent work done!!”
“Awesome mechanic shop! I went in after buying a Groupon for brake pads, unaware that there was a much bigger problem with my vehicle. The wheel arm apparently was about to go completely. They advised me what a big safety issue it was and actually went as far as to call Groupon to have my money refunded so I could have enough money to fix the wheel arm since it was a much more important repair. And then to go one step further, they even still hooked me up with the brake pads. The price was still very reasonable and they performed the work immediately, all in a little over an hour total. Definitely recommend!”
