Nice store and they have whatever you need most of the time but the customer service is terrible, the crew is not helpful at all and They treat their customers as if they are a nuisance or as if they are not going to pay for the parts they are looking for.

I bought some tools which didn't work for me, I tried to return them because I didn't use them, they are new and they didn't want to give me the money back when I have previously returned tools when they don't work for me, apart from the fact that I was an AutoZone employee and every time that a client was going to return a tool as long as it had not been used, the money would be refunded but because they did not want to do their job they did not want to return the money. Terrible service

I don’t know why they need to be so rude the man at the register he doesn’t help you looking for things on the system he doesn’t have any empathy with people and is always a competition with the customer

Update: Made a trip back and had the same employee, continued to tell me he already said no. I asked to talk to manager. Manager and another employee come over and look at parts, immediately say that they just look that way new and to process return. Glad I was able to finally get my money back but overall terrible experience.
THIS STORE SOLD ME USED PARTS.
Just went to return some pulleys that I didn’t end up needing, never opened the boxes. At time of return the employee says they’re used and proceeds to talk to me like he’s already decided I’m a scam artist. Out $90 because they sell used parts.

The service was horrible with a client who came after me, the man asked if they spoke Spanish and FiDEL said NO, wow, how rude and 5 seconds ago he had been talking to me in Spanish, after that he did not speak Spanish again and the man left. The service was horrible I would NOT return to this place, he lost two clients

I'm giving this business 1 start because I purchased a battery from them with 3 years warranty and Friday I went there because my battery was bad and the manager did not honor the warranty. He refused to change it and made me buy another battery. The assistant told me: "The warranty is still active, you should qualify for a battery at no charge" but the manager insisted not to change it.
Be aware when you buy a 3 year warranty battery it's not 3 year!

Didn’t accept a return on a loan fee tool because it was rented from their store , when every auto one I went says you can return it too any autozone so had to drive 15 minutes to the next autozone and they accepted no problem and wasn’t even original store

Horrible service, she did not try to help at all!! My mom goes there for a complementary fix finder (a light on her dashboard) and the lady hands her their machine and tells my mom to do it herself that it was easy. My mom has no knowledge on how to do any of this, so she leaves. If you want good service and people treating you well, don’t go there!
