Avis Car Rental

Car Rental
Hours: Avis Car Rental in Orlando offers a well-maintained fleet of luxury models, SUVs, electric cars, and vans to suit any travel needs, from weekend getaways to business trips. Customers can count on attentive service and a seamless rental process to get them on the road quickly and comfortably. The staff at the Doubletree at the Entrance of Universal Orlando location, particularly Andy and Victor, are praised for their friendly, customer-focused approach, always going above and beyond to ensure a premium experience. While an initial experience at the Cabana Bay location left some customers with a broken vehicle and no fuel, the Avis location with the best rating in the Orlando area, located near the airport, provided exceptional service. Kirsten, the helpful staff member, went out of her way to quickly provide a replacement vehicle that was clean and fueled, creating a vastly different and positive experience. Customers have also commended the service from Angel and Edgar, who resolved a major safety issue with a car rented at the Orlando International Airport location. Additionally, the quick and easy pick-up and drop-off process, along with competitive pricing compared to using rideshare services, have led to high recommendations for Avis Car Rental in the Orlando area.
