Everything went smoothly, Scott at the desk was quick and helpful and from arriving at the desk to being in the car took maybe 20 min.
The car was clean and in good condition.
Drop off was also very easy and done by a very friendly lady!

I’m at the Avis car rental in Terminal B, stuck in a line that hasn’t moved while Budget and Hertz customers come and go. I’ve got three boys with me, including a special needs son, after a long red-eye flight, and this wait is beyond ridiculous. The service and speed here are completely unacceptable.

Shout out to Clint at the Avis preferred desk for fixing a long standing profile issue that many previous locations have told me can’t be fixed at pick up location. Need more staff members as good as him.
