Thy didn't even meet my already low expectations for this place. The nurses are nice, however kept me waiting for 3 hours. I came in at 12, and was told to come back in an hour because the doctor wasn't there, when I arrived again at 1:00, the nurses said they weren't sure where the doctor was. Fast forward to 2:30, I'm finally in the office with nurses coming in and out, you can see and hear them in the back just talking and joking around, the doctor comes in for 2 minutes and slams us with an expensive list of procedures we should get done. Also the nurse forgot to even give me the medication so I had to drive back to correct them and pick it up. Don't waste your time, not worth it.

For all you pet lovers out there... I have had a subscription to #Banfield Pet Hospital's wellness plan (through Petsmart) for years for my two cats, because if you do all the included stuff is saves you some money. The quality is sometimes great, usually not, and turnover is high. When I put one cat to sleep last week, they wouldn't cancel, but said to call a national number. The guy at corporate who answered then proceeded to tell me that since I hadn't paid enough monthly this year to pay for Ivan's care (a urinalysis and wellness exam) that I owed them $250 to cancel, but out of kindness they'd meet me halfway. This idiocy, the worst possible business decision for a loyal customer, was repeated by his supervisor later, and will probably be repeated by her supervisor tomorrow. Anyway, this is just to say, consider leaving Banfield behind. It's just not worth it to do business with a bad company.

I had an appointment for 2PM on Sunday, for my recently adopted cat, & was seen shortly after I got there. It was just to make sure she was healthy & to get her registered for the wellness plan. Turned out she had an infection from having been recently spayed while with Animal Services, but the vet gave her some meds & I was able to take her home less than an hour later. When it turned out that my cat was allergic to the meds I dropped had her dropped off with Banfield while I was at work & was able to pick her up after work. She is now on a prescription food & different meds for a few days, but is much better than when I dropped her off.

Terrible experience. It seems there is one doctor who works an hour a day, waited 3 hours to see the doctor because the nurses are useless without them, and will use that as an excuse to keep you waiting for a bs 5 minute meeting and diagnosis before upselling you with guilt. It's inside a PetSmart, should have figured quality would be low. Try a real animal hospital

No personal attention. Long wait and the vet didn't take time to answer questions because it was a busy day supposedly. I paid my money like everyone else.
