Very bad service every time no teller, no body is helping like always, system down like always. Only one teller working with 12 customers in line. You need to hire more people. You need to give good service other I pray your bank will close soon.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the recent experience I had at the Bank of America agency located at 4725 S Kirkman Rd, Orlando, FL 32811.On Friday, October 27, 2023, I visited the agency and was greeted by Andrew to inquire about the availability of speaking with Carla, whom I needed to discuss a banking matter with. Andrew informed me that I would need to wait for approximately one hour to receive the service. Understanding the situation, I patiently waited for my turn.To my surprise, a random lady entered the agency shortly after and immediately approached Carla without any apparent obligation or appointment. They engaged in a conversation that lasted for a significant 30 minutes. This left me feeling perplexed and ignored, as I had been waiting patiently for my turn. It was disheartening to see that my time was not valued and that others were given priority without any valid reason.After the conversation concluded, I approached Carla to inquire why she had not attended to me as promised. Her response was both unprofessional and disheartening. She stated that she was too busy and would help whoever she wanted, disregarding the fact that I had been waiting patiently for my turn. This not only wasted my time but also made me feel disrespected and undervalued as a customer.This experience has left me deeply disappointed and outraged by the lack of professionalism displayed by Carla. As a customer, I believe it is essential to be treated with respect and fairness, regardless of the circumstances. Unfortunately, this was not the case during my visit to your agency. It is disheartening to see that the agency has already garnered a negative reputation online with bad reviews and one-star ratings.It is crucial for your agency to uphold the highest standards of customer service and professionalism. Customers should be treated with fairness and their time should be valued.

I came in with a big problem and Carlos Vega helped me being very professional and patience with me it took him at least 20 minutes and he didn't stop smiling and making me feel positive about what he was helping me with. His a great acse for this bank he speaks hispanish and English.

BEST Manager you can have is Carlos Vega. He really went above and beyond to help and made sure to give us all the necessary information for our business.This branch is and has always been super busy, if you don't make an appointment you sure will wait. So it is highly suggested to make an appointment. But either way, Carlos will treat you super well and will definitely help you the best way he can.Ele ainda fez questão de falar em portugues para ajudar!!!

It's been a year since I've had an account in this bank and I've never had any problems, the attendants are polite, especially Mr. Carlos Veiga speaks English, Spanish and Portuguese. Always kind.

I had a appointment today with Carlos Vega and it was incredible! He advised me on all my questions and he had no problem explaining to me, he speaks Spanish and English and I really would like him to always be the one who can assist me at the bank!

Went to do wire transfer said could wait as walk in but may be hours or schedule a time but this is tuesday and next open.appointment is next week. this 4th ba bank.i went to today

This is such a horrible branch to go to. It makes me want to close my account and do not recommend this Bank to anyone. This is my second time coming and every time I come it’s always a 2 hour wait. Everyone takes lunch at the same time very unprofessional. I am a store manager and this is terrible service.

For the second time this week I am here at The Bank of Unamarica for the same issue. I have power of attorney over someone else's account with this bank. For the second time this week, after being sick for 2 weeks, I have had to walk 2.1 miles to deal with this person being locked out of their bank account. Got the same person at the front desk who is absolutely worthless. This time was told that the lady standing nearby would take care of us. Said lady decided instead of helping us to run around helping other customers. Then after 20 minutes some guy comes up and asks for a debit card so he can sign us in. Wait? What? I just sat here for 20 minutes and you're only just signing us in? Now there's another 45 minute wait? Oh yea and is there not a rule about speaking to a co-worker about a customer in a different language about that customer in front of that customer when both employees speak perfect English? That is outright rude!
