They dont staff phones well. Needed to call in to pick up order from parking lot due to kids sleeping in car. After speaking with someone...20mins later still no one comes out. Not great service gang.

I’ve been shopping with Best Buy for years, I’ve always been satisfied. They make promises that they can’t keep, delivery service is no good. The managers act like they don’t know what they’re doing, and they’re not standing on business. This store needs to be looked into ASAP.

Scheduled an appointment arrived early and waited patiently for approximately 8 minutes. Normally wouldn’t be an issue but after standing at the counter and not receiving a simple “we’ll be right with you shortly” or any sort of acknowledgement after being passed by multiple employees at least five times is very rude and frustrating. Never using this location again.
