Shilo, a female associate was such an amazing help to me and my husband ( he can be a handful lol) with determining what laptop and radar detector I should purchase. She was super pleasant and such a wonderful person altogether. If we had more people like her in this world, it would truly e a better place. She helped me make a very cost effective decision and I couldn’t be more thankful. She deserves her flowers and a raise lol. Keep doing your thing Shi-lo! I’ll be back soon.

Had forgotten the password for a laptop. Opened it up and did diagnostics, but didn’t check the battery. Battery only charges to 80%. For the most part, a good experience.

Store was relatively empty. Went around 8 pm. The workers very very kind. Assisted me with my trade in and pick up order easily.

We visited the Best Buy in Waterford last Saturday. My daughter was having an issue with charging her Mac Book Air and was anxious due to upcoming midterm exams. Matt, who works with the Geek Squad was very knowledgeable and helpful!! He tried a couple of different things and sure enough he saved the day!! He gave great advice and was very courteous! I highly recommend visiting this Best Buy in Waterford!
