Why is it that the signs, website, & the store phone all say that curbside pick up closes at 10 PM, but the store is closed BEFORE that and I’m not able to pick up my item that said was going to be done today 11/24? The doors are locked, and the employees are ignoring you while they close up. if they were going to close early and NOT do anymore pick ups before 10PM, they can at least send me an update email saying that my item was not going to be ready today and that it would be delayed until tomorrow, or am I wrong in the assumption that this should be done?Someone could have at least come out and told me, “hey unfortunately we stopped orders early today”, but instead they just stared and ignored me while I stood there. It’s ridiculous.

I have never had a problem at Best Buy. Order online and pick up. I order from this location and it’s an hour and a half later, I’m at the store and they just told me to wait for a txt. How about just go get me the game? Never coming here again

Bought a TV a little over a year ago and it literally just stopped powering. The repair itself was more expensive than the tv is worth and Best Buy wont fix it. Never had a TV just stop receiving power before. First time I bought a TV with Best Buy and will surely be my last. Worst quality TVs in the market. Dont buy a TV here unless you want to replace a TV every year. Better off going with Amazon.

Monitor I bought was shattered when I opened the box when I got home but the return was easy enough. I will say I was a little weary getting the same monitor because the monitors looked poorly handled there was actually very clear foot prints on half of the monitors guessing this was from unloading or handling. I elected to go with a different monitor because I didn't want to exchange for yet another shattered monitor.The staff was very pleasant and understanding though.

Why have a phone line that doesn’t go directly to your store? Then when you show up still on hold they look at you like “ oh sorry, the line doesn’t ring to here”. I came to purchase and adapter that I was calling to see if they had it available but they obviously don’t answer the phone. Well they did not have the adapter I came for but ofcourse a more expensive one was available in which the sales girl told me one price then rang up the item to show a completely different price. She went over to where the items were and moved all of them under the correct price. I’m like well can you at-least honor the price you told me. She called a manager and they honored this price but I just wasn’t impressed by the over all experience.

I went to the empty register to to check out my item. I said hi and smiled to the cashier, but she just simply looked back cold-stone at me like I was a freak ?! I'm sure my clothes was on, my mask was on and I hope I didn't offense her by saying hi ?!!! I even thanked her after she completed my transaction (only one item) and she didn't even say a single word or asked if I needed a bag for my item. Her attitude was like "yeah yeah whatever". Oh, and I know she could speak and understand English because during the whole process, she was GOSSIPING with another colleague. I have been to many Best Buy stores and I surely have been to other retail stores as well, but I never saw such attitude. It was around 4:30pm-5pm on Sunday 10/18/20.

well I just spent over an hour on hold trying to talk to someone about a product I wanted to purchase for my daughters vehicle for her birthday. I finally hung up because apparently no one at your store knows how to answer a phone. if this is the best customer service your store can do it does not bode well for me as a customer as I would be purchasing this from out of state for my daughter in your area. she has less time to waste getting you all to do your job than I do. I will gladly go pay double if not more for the same item from the dealership if it means I can actually get decent help with my purchase. Hell they'll have you beat just picking up the phone. no wonder your store only has a 2.8 rating out of 5. thats generous. I'd give you a zero!

Have always been supportive to Best Buy. That where I usually go for anything I need. NO LONGER! In this situation I wasn't even the customer. My neighbor ordered appliance in February. The delivery guys who delivered the appliances backed over my mailbox. This was caught on the Ring camera. We contacted Best Buy and all was good. Their delivery guy was going to repair. Its an how approved mailbox so it has to be ordered through a specific company. They ordered the part (3 months later and after numerous calls) and when they came out to fix it. They had ordered the wrong part. Again I am calling the delivery guy and now no answers. It has been almost 7 months and excuse after excuse and no mailbox. Now no response. I finally received a response saying that I needed to do the research and I needed to get the repair and after that point they will process a refund. Why should I have to wait 8 months. Then be told that I have to spend my own money and do all the legwork for their damage? Will I be compensated for my time? They said no. But without a receipt they can send me $100. The part itself is $130 from what the first guy said. This is unprofessional and ridiculous.

Awful. One visit I couldn’t keep employees off of me offering help. This visits I spent almost an hour walking around trying to find which speaker I wanted and not a single employee said something to me. They were all over the store but not one acknowledged me. Including the one that almost ran me over. It wouldn’t have been that big of an issue if their displays were working correctly but over half of them we nonfunctional.

Michael(I hope I spelled his name right) , amber and Ashley were the most amazing people today!!! I came in almost in tears because I was sent a nest system when I should of received a 24 inch computer monitor they all were so understanding because I needed it to start my job so they did everything possible to have me walk out the door with a monitor in my hands and boy did I. These three were angels for me today!Yes this review is for the Waterford lakes location specifically!

Always a good experience. I had to make a return for something that didn't work and drop off a laptop to be sent out for service. The appointment time was honored and on schedule. The return was made without question and was extremely easy. I love coming back here.

This is a TRUE Magnolia Best Buy Store!! I would give 10 stars if I could. I was there today to resolve an issue that another Magnolia Store wasn't able to. Zack was the expert that helped me, he took his time to understand my issue and help me resolve it, I have never spent so much money being happy with it lol, bottom line, it was worth it, every dollar. Thank you Zack for being an expert and knowing your stuff, I'll be back for sure and recommend to every person who is locking for high tech/quality items.

Absolutely terrible service. I stood around asking multiple people for help for at least 30 minutes, and everyone just looked at me, scoffed, and walked away. I understand the store was at 15% capacity due to COVID-19, but don’t ignore your customers who’re just standing around looking for help. May as well not be open at all. I hate Waterford Lakes anyway, I don’t know why I wasted my time here.

I went to Best Buy today not because I wanted to but because I unfortunately had to. I recently made an online purchase for the purpose of having my order delivered to my home taking advantage of the 4th of July sales which it did however at check out I discovered one item came with a bonus but it was only upon placing my order I learned it could not be delivered with the rest of my order, it would have to be picked up.Now this is a major inconvience do to the global Covid pandemic so I've been trying to buy solely online so I dont have to go out more than I have to, just work and home, but I figured I technically paid for this thing so the one day off I had this week between when it was ready for pick up and the time it would expire I drove down to Best Buy in horrible weather and in fear I may catch something, waited in line to enter the building as they were limiting the amount of people in the store at a time, and waited in another line for the store pick up only to finally be told nope our systems down.Now its not the clerks fault the system was down but why have that line even be open and why wait for me and everyone else in that line to get to the front if theres no service? Why even have a clerk at the counter? This was the only day I could pick up my order so I was completly out of luck. I even offered to wait or come back later but he basically said I would not be getting taken care of. So after completely wasting my time I left empty handed and screwed over and made the long drive home all for nothing.I told myself before this that I wouldn't be doing business with them anymore do to the increasingly shrinking selection in video games and over all stock and death of the gamers unlocked program, this was just the final nail in the coffin. Had other issues there such as changing my mind about not making an in store purchase. I handed the item back to the casheer and later decided I wanted it only for them to say they didn't have it. Umm yes you do I just gave it to you!Its become a pain associating with Best Buy. Thanks for basically robbing me today guys *sarcasim*. Stick with Amazon and Wal-Mart ladies and gentlemen. Man I really miss Circuit City lol. Disappointed and disgruntled.

I had to check one star in order to send this review. I wouldn't give them one star! No one to report issues to. Spent hours over a 3 day period but it is impossible to get a live human being on the phone. Worst customer experience ever. I guess they figure they have my money and I should just go away. I will never be back and would not recommend to an enemy.

The experience in the store was fine. The sales rep did his best to help, even though they are very low on stock. My issue is with the company and it's costumer service. June 24 came to the store to buy a printer, almost none in stock. Had to order opted for home delivery, supposed to arrive the 26. Received a email next day from ups verifying delivery date and shipment. Later that day a second email showing the package being returned to sender. Contacted ups and best buy. Best buy sent a replacement out eta the 29th. No delivery on the 29th called costumer service they say the new delivery date is now ten days later on the 6th of July. I no longer need the printer if it's going to take that long, I can buy another one from any other place and get it before then. They can't stop the shipment or refund my money. I have to wait for it to arrive, send it back and wait for a refund when they receive it. Do not buy from any best buy and definitely do not have anything shipped.

Quite honestly you guys must not want business , not letting people in the ? Other stores let you in, but you people think you can make your own rules. This is great customer service, and a great way to go out of business. I predict before this quarantine is over Best Bye will be going out of business Y’all will be looking for other jobs. You guys have NO RIGHT to not let customers the people who keep the business coming from coming into the store. That is just wrong and horrible customer service. Long live Best ? Post Corona.

This store is not organized during COVID-19. If you order curbside, just know that going to the in-store pick up can be confusing. It’s one line and if you go in the last half hour, they focus on cleaning instead of paying attention to customers.

I went to the store looking for headphones which were not available at the store, told the guy at the door I wanted to look around for alternatives and he said there's not a lot of choices here, didn't let us in because of the covid and before I was done, he cut me off like in a hurry to be done. Bad customer service from the beginning. I found the headphones on Amazon and they lost 2 customers forever.

They lost my curbside pick up order, I sat in the car for 30 minutes. Eventually I gave up waiting and they disputed that I even had an order to collect. Eventually they admitted fault. Yeah, during the pandemic I would recommend purchasing from Amazon. Bestbuy don't appear to be doing too well during the pandemic.

I made an appointment to fix the screen on my iPhone, they advised that is going to be same day repair, so when I was drop the phone to be fixed the guy told me that it will be ready in cup of days... clearly that is not the same day, the he said that I have to book another appointment before 1 pm, to be ready the same day, and the next available appointment will be in 3 weeks. Sorry Best Buy to bring my business to you guy, I deserved to be rude, because I want to spend my money on your place, I promise that it won't happen again. Right after I spoke with a manager, and he book another appointment in two days, but clearly customer service is not a strong at Best Buy this days...
