I brought my daughter's computer to Best Buy to be built, and the service was truly amazing. The staff treated my daughter like a little sister, showing exceptional care and attention. I had my Geek squad appointment confirmed on Tuesday, January 16th at 11:45 am. John said he would be here Thursday, January 18tj between 8:15-8:30 am, I was his first appointment and he would call if anything changed. It is now Thursday January 18th 9:29 am and no one has arrived. I have left a voicemail for John and he did not respond. I call store and auto message states that my appointment is with Steve and will arrive between 10:30 and 2:30. This time was not what I picked and is not convenient. Do not fall for the membership trap with the tech support upgrade. The geek squad is not reliable. I will update once someone finally arrives.

29 min before closing i bounce in trying to get trade in value for my old note books. But no. Which is fine. Needed a new laptop. found one HP FOR 200.00 OFF IN OPEN BOX. AND A NEW PRINTER 40.00 OFF. WAS HA ING ISS I ES W VIRTUAL CARD AND TOOK 15 MINUTES AT LEAST PAAT CLOSING. SALESMA. THAT HAD HELPED ME NEVER MADE ME FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE OR LIKE I WAS KEEPING HIM. OUTSTANDING EXPERIENCE. TIS BEST BUY HAS ALWAYS BEEN TOP NOTCH IN MY 20 YEARS IN THE NEIFHBORHOOD!
