Roaches in bathroom, some ones fake eyelashes on bed , vomit on chair, clumps of hair on floor , dust balls hanging from ceiling, room phone disgusting and did not work, the baby crib we requested was over used beat up and had chipped paint and dark scratches they did not clean it when they brought it I had to clean it myself and the mattress was as thin as a plank. Let’s not talk about the resort fees I was obligated to pay and they hold an incidental fee from your card that they don’t discuss with the guest. I will be posting a review in every social media platform and contact who ever I have to to report this problem.

Lobby looked nice. That was it. Room smells musty, and is damp. The room looks like a crack shack. It is very very dirty. Hairs on pillows and towels, black stuff on the pillows. The shower head was filthy and the whole bathroom is gross
The bathroom door doesn't even close all the way without slamming it. Air conditioning is loud but it cools well. I dont know what all the positive reviews are because this place is not it.

I had an amazing experience at the Hotel thanks to the great and helpful staff. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Close to pharmacies, outlets, bus stations.
I’d like to thank Luciana for the great room with the stunning view to the lake.

Hi had an excellent stay at this Best Western. The staff was super friendly and helpful, particularly Maria and Luciana. Rooms were up to standard, the pool and hot tubs were relaxing and all at an affordable price.

Upgrade to pool rooms is possible
Fair value for the price
Can be washed and dried locally at a low cost (10 self-service washing machines and dryers)
Excellent location, close to hotels and entertainment and food centers
Rooms: Small and outdated but comfortable beds and luxurious linens
Nearby activities: Lots.. Universal, shopping centers and food
Safety: Looks safe
Walkability: nothing
Food & drinks: Minimal breakfast

Breakfast is not Free! The whole reason we went with best western was free breakfast to offset cost. 14.99 a night resort fee. The lady talked my husband into upgrading our room for a very basic room that probably looked just like the other one. The AC in the room is noisy as hell. Honestly the worst one we have been to yet.

Its ok. I paid 85 for a tuesday. The bed was comfy the shower was clean. The only thing is the bath was a little rust on the outside. The employees were nice, good view from the 7th floor.
Nearby activities: Alot of activities for families nearby
Safety: Rlly safe, no homeless people around no suspicious activity in or outside the hotel
Walkability: We walked 15m from a closeby bar, oshucks
Food & drinks: Lots of food options nearby too but ubereating it is expensive

You definitely get what you pay for here. Room key didn’t work every time we left the room. Every time we went back to the room we’d have to wait in line at the front desk to get room key re-programmed. (This alone will turn us off from ever staying again) Everything is very dated. There’s like 4 coats of paint on everything. Everything is certainly falling apart. King suit was a good size. Couch had stains all over it. Both AC units barely worked. Room was set to 61 the whole time and it stayed at 72. It was impossible to fall asleep due to temp and humidity. Hot tub/pool close really early (frustrating since we can enjoy those amenities after we leave the parks at night) . There’s barely any tv channels. There’s not even kids channels like Disney channel or anything for the kids.. This place needs a remodel floor to floor.
