VW has 58k and dealer service fees are astronomical. $427 for oil, tire rotation and brake flush, then wanted to charge me $940 for rear brakes and rotors. I opted for Flex Auto because of their advertisement, and so far have not been disappointed. Super friendly and courteous. I’ve recommended them to everyone I know living in the area. The same mirror was hit and had to be replaced several years ago and the dealership charged me $1,000. to replace it and install it! Willie's is the place to go if you want honesty, kindness and excellent work done!!”

“Finally, a honest mechanic that does a good job and looks out for the best interest of your car! Unlike other mechanics, Nigel recommeded only things I needed done and did not try to upsale any services or overcharge for parts/materials. I had a lot of questions about my car and both Nigel and Angel was patient with me and answered all my questions thoroughly. Very knowledgable guys. I felt like I was in good hands. They replaced my front brake rotors and all the brake pads. Nigel even went above and beyond and rotated my tires and checked my battery even though I didn't mention it. Good thing he did because I needed that tire rotation and my battery showed I needed to replace it soon. I will definitely be back for all my car needs/services from now on. They know what they are doing here and they actually care.”

The entire process couldn't be more smooth. A rental car was driven to me AT the shop and when I picked up my finished car, I just left the rental at CCs.
