A lady behind the desk was very helpful to me. I got exactly the vehicle I needed. When I returned it I had found EarPods belonged to a previous renter and this was so happy I found them. She thanked me for that. I hope she shipped them to original owners. Very trustworthy staff.

Since I couldnt get a live customer service rep on the 800 line. Called this office. Mahshid was very helpful fixing my reservations. But, i glad you have Mahshid working for your company. Glad she was able to fix the problem.
