This place is obviously not under the good management anymore.It was my favorite burger king the atmosphere was good and friendly and stress free.Now they play music too loud, it looks like the employees bring their own speaker and put it behind the tv.

I order through the drive through, when I place the order, I asked for fresh French fries, I tell them I do not want fries that are sitting there for a while, never do I get fresh or semi fresh fries and always salty from this location… I do not plan on ordering food from this BK again…

I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Burger King that I feel compelled to share. I placed an online order, but upon receiving my food, I found the quality to be subpar, with the burgers noticeably burnt and inedible. Disappointed, I returned the food to the store and was informed by the manager that I needed to contact Burger King's customer service for a refund, given that it was an online order totaling $38.Upon contacting Burger King's Guest Care Team, I received a series of unsatisfactory responses from Jessica, a representative, who repeatedly offered me a mere $10 coupon as compensation for the poorly prepared food. Despite my insistence on a refund, Jessica maintained that a coupon was the only solution, stating that a refund was not an option.This refusal to acknowledge my concerns and rectify the situation is deeply disappointing. The burnt and old food was clearly returned, yet Burger King's management insisted on offering a coupon, disregarding my valid request for a refund. Frustrated and unsatisfied, I informed them of my intention to escalate the matter by involving my credit card company.The lack of accountability and the dismissive response from Burger King's customer service team left me with no choice but to share my experience. I want to emphasize how crucial it is for customers to be treated with respect and understanding, especially when faced with such blatant negligence in food quality and customer service.In light of this experience, I have chosen to take my business elsewhere. I visited McDonald's across the street and was pleased with the quality of their food and service, a stark contrast to my experience at Burger King.In conclusion, my experience at Burger King was marred by burnt burgers, poor quality, and a complete lack of customer service empathy. I hope this review serves as a cautionary tale for others and prompts Burger King to reevaluate their commitment to customer satisfaction and food quality.

But I only get one thing when I go to Burger King and that's a rodeo Burger which was cool hardly any barbecue sauce the bun was stale.
