The service was good but what made it worth it all was the service me and my family received returning the car from Rep. Malik & his Partner. “We ( family of six) rented a Pacifica at e-Cruising.
The vehicle was a perfect fit for us as it was/is both spacious, comfortable and had enough space for all six of us plus luggage without having to do any “luggage-tetris”.
Check-in and check-out was no hassle and took approximately the same effort/time as when renting at the larger car-rentals.
The host was very responsive and very flexible.

“I can confess that I had a good experience in one of this van called Meza, traveling from Orlando to New York and I can say that I did not have any problems, the van behaved very well, it drives very smoothly and responds very well, the trip was very nice, I recommend it, The only thing I ask of this company is that they have a translator in Spanish at each point so that Latin tourists do not have struggles if they don't even know English. It is very complicated. I had a bad experience in that part.”

“Hello, I have always rented a car through traditional American rental companies and this was the first time I had the experience with a Brazilian rental company. There are many options and I made several quotes and ended up choosing JP for the service and attention from the budget. Rosi who answered me via WhatsApp and was the best service I had in the research I carried out, after a lot of conversation (thank you for your patience) I closed the car rental. The whole process was smooth, payment, signing the contract and sending documents. I arrived in Orlando - MCO on 04/30 and there I already received a message from Giuliana directing me where the car would be, everything was fine and everything was fine with the delivery. Giuliana's service and help was great, she always responded quickly and even helped me with the parks lol.I used the car for 17 days, I went to Miami and Tampa and everything went well.It is worth leaving some considerations of my experience. Issuing several contracts even to correct data is something that worried me a little, as well as the availability of documents via WhatsApp. In these digital times, it is something that many people are concerned about and it is worth checking this point for the customer to be safer.The car initially available was a Toyota Camry and he changed it to a Ford Fusion, I questioned it and understood that it was for revision, I talked to JP who clarified it for me as well, but it is complicated because you wait to receive a car and then change it, I understand that it is the same category and the rental companies work like this, but with the big rental companies I have the option of choosing the car that is parked, which was not possible with you. Anyway, I stayed with the lease anyway, but if I had more time maybe I would have cancelled.While using the car, I had problems with the car not responding when accelerating, I had to pull over so as not to disturb the traffic, I spoke with Giuliana who advised me to put in a better quality gasoline, I did that, but it continued to fail and I believe that it is not gasoline but finally I left it on record for Giuliana. The car, in the full size category, is good, I enjoyed driving it, but it is clearly an older car.In general, I enjoyed the experience, for the service and assistance of everyone at JP and the ease of picking up and delivering the car.It certainly won't be the last time I go to Orlando and I'm already putting you on my list to rent a car, if you improve the points described, even better! “We started our trip with a little bit of a hiccup but the manager David quickly changed all of that! He was extremely attentive and very helpful. He, along with customer rep Logan were great! The shuttle was pretty quick, with friendly drivers, and we got a great deal on the vehicle!”
“Really happy about the experience. We went here this Christmas because we as young drivers were impossible to find a 7-seater from "big" companies during the holiday season. A guy from budget rental recommended us cono and we decided to go on with it as there wasn't really any 7-seater available from other companies. Their pickup and return service was neat and all employees were very reachable. They rented us the only 7-seater left, and it was new and clean. We were really pleased about the experience.They did mistakenly charge us for not filling the fuel to the level when we received the car. We refilled to 3/4 a tank because we received it as so. They quickly solved issue, refunded us, and apologized. We don't have any complaint about this small mistake.”

Tiago delivered the car to us at the airport and when it was time to leave he also met us at the airport to return it. Very good, well-maintained and spacious car.
