I have received quality service at every other branch I have been to around me, including this location, however the last time it was so poor I had to leave a review which I NEVER do, the teller seemed extremely upset for having to help me out with a simple task and having to do her job that she gets paid to do, it was incredible.

Did not make an appointment but walked into get a minor service done. Teller told me it would be 30 minutes to an hour. Was at the waiting area for about 45 minutes. No one came out or acknowledged. Had to leave not happy at all

I went to this bank the other day with my daughter and I have to say Miss Milyanna was so extremely kind, helpful and went beyond helping us. We were so confused about a few things especially with a bank which you really want to make sure there are no mistakes. She even made phone calls which we could’ve done ourselves but she took care of it, the reason I’m going on and on is because my daughter and myself were really impressed, not one attitude from her, I would give 5 stars but there was one person we weren’t too thrilled about I’m not going to mention name

I went to this branch near my home to open an account because I was not able to open a joint account online. I got there 1.5 hours prior to close. I waited what felt like 15 minutes with 1 person in front of me to tell them I want to open an account.
I was told - we have no availability for that today. Being in the restaurant business - you take care of customers that are already in line when you stop seating.
So much for the incentive for opening 2 accounts.

We had an appointment at 9.30am, came in time with little baby, and in 20 min they told us, that they can’t service us, and we have to come in 3pm. Because they have client with hard situation and they busy. We lost our time and didn’t make account. Don’t make appointment here because it does not guarantee you that you will do your work and you will simply not be asked to come in 6 hours or the next day

Would gives zero stars if I could. I am helping take care of my sick grandfather… and I am an authorized user/POA on his account and was trying to make a deposit for him. One of the bankers, a heavy-set redheaded woman, was completely hostile and rude for no reason. I live in Georgia, so I just left and decided I would handle my business when I got back home from traveling. Nobody has time for a horrible attitude like that! She is going to scare away business!

Everything is so difficult with this branch. The guy AJ is very rude. The staff is never helpful. They always look for problems instead of a solution. Chase should offer better pay so they can come to work with positive attitude.

Neat looking Chase bank conveniently located in the Dr. Phillips Marketplace. All bankers are very kind and they get the job done.But the waiting… oh boy. Every visit seems to be 1 hr long. While waiting for my turn, I just witnessed 2 clients walked away when they were informed the waiting is about an hour to get a bank check.
