(Only reviewing the service department, no opinion on the sales staff)One star because I can't leave zero. Damaged my battery during a routine diagnostic (that took 3 days), then gave me the run-around and refused to acknowledge that fact. Incompetent at best, shady and crooked at worst. Do not take your vehicle here.

Let me start off by saying that the sales people are friendly and knowledgeable and the dealership is clean and very large. My complaints are mostly with the waste of time I have had in dealing with City Kia, first off the time it took to fill out the paperwork to purchase my car took about 7-8 hours over two days, and then I found out about a month later that all the paper work wasn't completed when I received a violation notice from Florida motor vehicle, so now some more wasted time clearing up the violation that was caused by City Kia not completing the paper work or telling me what I needed to complete. The next waste of time was City Kia scheduling my first maintenance visit and sending me a text with time and date and upon my arrival telling me I wasn't scheduled for an appointment and that the vehicle did not have enough mileage to warrant a maintenance visit. If you have time to waste City Kia is the place to go, if not find another dealership.

I took my Kia Sedona for a recall (OBT ORLANDO) on Nov 21th, 2023. The recall was the Anti-Theft and the Logic Software. I picked up my vehicle after they were done and the following was not working:* Signal lights* Headlights* Seat belt sensor keeps beeping even though I have my seatbelt on.I turned around to take my vehicle back to Kia City so they can correct the problems and they said my car was already like that. My vehicle was in perfect condition and they were trying to make it seem that it had those problems before I dropped it. That was the biggest lie I have ever heard. They wanted to charge me to get what they damaged fixed. When I still owe for my Kia, I never had an issue with them, now that my car is paid off, they are giving me grief.After I kept insisting that they had damaged my car (mentioned above), Dan asked me to Drop it off on Nov, 29th, 2023. I dropped off my vehicle on Nov 29th, 2023 and it's presently still there. I call and nothing has been done to my vehicle. Besides that I emailed (Rgomila and Rgladwell); No response from Kia Staff at all. One of their Staff (Service Advisor) mentioned that the same thing happened to 3 other Kia Sedona.If you are having the same issue, please let me know. I'm preparing an email to the news regarding this issue.

Darien Mccloud helped me out tremendously with getting me into a used but only slightly used car. I needed something comfortable and dependable but that fit my budget. Many of us nowadays are still struggling with events that have affected us over past few years or currently. Therefore trying to get into a car can be stressful, especially with a five year old at your side. Nobody has energy or time for drama. This place is amazing! I didn’t get a hint of anything that wasn’t caring or honest. It felt comfortable, and no hidden agenda behind bells and whistles to try to fool you. Integrity is lacking in many businesses in current society but this is not that. I recommend this to anyone even if they went out of their way to go. Many levels above most car dealerships!!!

Well from the start of buying the "certified used car" from Kia, the Customer Service was awful. If you call they give you the run around from one Dept. to another.The car i purchased 16 months ago started stalling while going down the road, so I dropped it off to get it looked at. They had the car for 4 days and couldn't find anything wrong with it. He wanted me to pay the $200 diagnostic fee, but waved it when i complained that they did not diagnose the issue. The next day the engine light came on, I had Auto Zone put on computer and it coded the Timing chain and sensors were going bad.I then called City KIa where I got the run around once again, I just wanted to know if these parts and labor was covered under the warranty I thought I had on the certified used vehicle . They sent me to Service which then they sent me to parts, which told me only a Service Advisor can look up.So i then texted Anthony that the engine light was now on .He told me to bring it in. When I got there I told him that it coded for Timing Issues and asked if it was covered under any warranty, he knew how many miles were on the vehicle 109 thousand, he could have just told me it was no longer under warranty, but he says they have to diagnose the vehicle to see if it is under any kind of warranty. He never says I have to pay for diagnoses, or has me sign anything.He texted me a quote over $3000 to fix timing chain and sensors, I told him that I could not afford to pay over $3000 on a car I'm still making payments on .I told him that i would be there after work to pick up my car. To please do the oil change while it was there because it was due anyways. He never said I had to pay anything.So when I went to get my car, he stated that I needed to pay for diagnostic fee, I already knew what was wrong with the car I just wanted to know if it was covered or not. Of course it was not!!Which he probably knew from the start or should have known. Since he does this for a living.I then spoke to the Service Manager which insisted i had to pay them to diagnose the car that had already been diagnosed i just wanted to know if said problem was under warranty or not. After a heated conversation, and they had nothing that said I would pay $200 to find out if something is under warranty or not, they finally gave me my car back. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN CITY KIA AGAIN, I WILL PAY MY REGULAR MACHANIC TO DO WHATEVER NEEDS FIXING BECAUSE CITY KIA IS MONEY HUNGRY AND WANT TO CHARGE YOU FOR EVERYTHING, THE WARRANTY IS JUST A USELESS PIECE OF PAPER!!! DO NOT BUY THESE CERTIFIED USED VEHICLE only 16 payments in and already major engine problems!! The manager also said the Timing is not part of the engine, that's why its not covered. The Timing chain runs the whole engine,!!

Very nice location but very busy. I looked around and even I'd never buy a Kia in my life, I would love a pink bow for my car:) there was limited customer parking. The bathrooms were nice. There's also outdoor seating.

Had my 2021 Seltos serviced due to a dead battery. The team at City Kia treated my RIGHT!! They were friendly when I arrived, offered me a cold bottled water and a ride if I needed it. They never cease to provide top notch service when I am in there and they never make me feel like they are trying to sell me a bunch of service my car does not really need. They keep in touch via their texting service and are always on point in their timing. When it is time for somethig new, they will be my first stop!! A big thank you to Joe, Raul and Cayley for always making me feel like a top customer!!

I didn’t come with the intention of purchasing a new vehicle I actually came to get my 23 Sportage serviced. However I had the best salesperson. This car purchase process was the best experience I’ve had to date. I absolutely love my 24 Sportage prestige, not to mention I got a great deal! Erick went above and beyond for me, forever a loyal customer.

I would like to say the process of buying a vehicle is normally a disaster, but the experience that I had a City Kia was simply amazing. They were fast and catered to my needs. They didn’t pressure me, or hassle me like other places do. Jeremias was my salesman, and he was amazing, very polite and pleasant. Thank you sweetie Kia family we will be back soon

I created a yelp account just to express how terrific the service department is at the Kia location. 2nd time going for an oil change and while I didn't purchase my Kia from the dealership the customer service is beyond incredible. Positive attitude and very attentive both times. Went above and beyond both occasions. Cannot wait for the next oil change! 10/10
