I had new tires installed at Costco two weeks ago, and they inflated them to 45 PSI — way above the recommended 32 PSI (which is even listed on their own invoice). I went back twice for balance and alignment, and no one corrected it. This caused vibration and could have been dangerous. Customers: double-check your tire pressure. Managers: please make sure your team follows proper specs.

We noticed that one of our tires was low on a trip to Costco. We had no appointment but a technician just checked it, and put a little air in. Very nice!

Walked in at 10am for a flat tire. Was given an hour to complete. Came back an hour later to find them gather around cracking jokes, they all started working after I stood by the window.
They basically started working on my tire at that time, 1 hour after. That’s when they were able to tell me that I need a new tire, now I have to wait another 30 minutes. I asked the manager Victor Vaiaoga for an ETA, and he just told me that I was a walk in to wait (I arrived when I opened and there was 1 car in the shop). I had to remind him that I’m only following up based on the ETA he gave me. Sucks it took THIS for them to actually START working on my car
If Costco has a problem with walk ins, don’t accept them. It’s unacceptable for that to be your response when asking for an ETA on your vehicle based on time your employees provided.

The service at Costco is unacceptable! I can’t believe I’m not allowed to shop without my husband being present with the membership card. The staff is unhelpful, the store is disorganized, and the parking lot is a disaster. This outdated policy and overall experience make me question if the membership is even worth it. I won’t be coming back!

Made an appointment, left the car only to find out 2 hours later that they didn’t even touched the car yet. Why do you even make the appointments if you don’t respect them and your customers. Disappointed ☹️

Made an appointment only to spend three hours for a single tire patch. No issues with the tire patch so far but appointment or no appointment. Expect to spend your entire day here for any sort of service.

I'm traveling through the area and we had an emergency with a tire late on the day before a holiday. They scheduled us in on their busy schedule and fixed our tire quickly. Thank you to Isaiah and the tire crew for resuming our journey.

Don't bother.
1. You won't save money by coming here anyway.
2. These guys WILL NOT put new tires on the axle that provides main drive power. They site some TIA nonsense that even "assumes" new tires go on the rear. They won't do what the customer would like to do.
3. Customer Service and "The Customer is always right" does not apply at this center.
I'll call out that bald Hawaii looking dude with the black gauge hoop earrings. That guy is a douche.
4. If these guys are "trained" by Michelin, how come all my tires now have mixed amount of pressures?
5. This place is a clown show.

I’m extremely disappointed. I’ve been a Costco Tire Center customer for years. I ordered a tire on 5/3, 2 weeks ahead of my best friend’s wedding out of state. I was told it would be shipped by 5/6. It is now 5/15 and not a single person has bothered to pick up the phone to let me know that my tire would be late. I’ve been calling the Tire Center for 2 weeks and no one is picking up. Makes you wonder what the point of a direct line even is. I finally decided to call the admin office yesterday to explain the situation and my frustration only to be met with a very nonchalant “supervisor will call you back”. I still have not received a call back and was told I need to drive in to get a refund. My car is now unsafe to drive. Extremely disappointed, do not recommend.

I have never had any issues here. This Costco is very close to a popular mall. They handle the various visitors from around the world very well. Service is excellent Great value of the food is Costco standard! I walked around the store and the selection of items were unique in comparison from other Costco locations around the state of Florida.

Waited in line at the membership over an hour. While all employees in that departments socialize laughing and taking their time. One employee took 45 minutes to finish create a membership. Terrible customer service and management.

Need a better "appointment" system, because the one you have is worthless. Had a set appointment, changed my plans to make this appointment, and 1 hour later, my vehicle hadn't been touched, so I left. Front counter drop off assistance was great with Carlos, but nothing after that.

Whenever I checkout at COSTCO, I look for Joey Bringle behind the cash register. He's the most likable guy you'll ever see working in a store. He has all the professional duties covered in spades, such as efficiency, customer service, etc., but beyond those duties, he's always cheerful, funny, and has a spirit about him that's contagious. Joey's been a standout at COSTCO for over 38 years. Everyone knows he loves his customers and his co-workers, and they love him. He's a major reason I shop at this COSTCO, and the main reason I'm giving this store 5 Stars. The next time you're in the COSTCO, near Mall at Millenia, give a shoutout to Joey. He's the Real Deal!
