The Courtyard Orlando East/UCF Area is a friendly, clean, and affordable hotel perfectly located close to UCF, with a quick drive to campus. It is strategically situated near many restaurants, bars, and coffee places within walking distance, avoiding excessive traffic. Rooms are updated, spacious, and super clean, with some suites offering a living area and separate bedroom. The gym and pool are really nice, and the downstairs bar has a decent menu. Staff are super nice, friendly, and very helpful. Some room layouts can feel awkward, and shower water pressure is noted as very strong. It is a great hotel recommended for stays in the UCF area.
Great location next to UCF. Close to restaurants and coffee shops. Nice clean quiet rooms. Friendly staff as well.

Pricing too high for value received. Pay for breakfast. Room in disrepair. No volume on TV. Staff was friendly and courteous.

This is a decent 3-star hotel but nothing more. I was charged over $300 per night which was double what it should have been. At this rate they didn't even include their modest breakfast. Handy location to UCF. Clean 3-star hotel. Staff was ok. Room was clean.
