The worst pharmacy in Orlando.2 times I’ve tried to call over a simple issue between the online prescription company and the pharmacy. On hold for over 30 minutes both times and never answered. I leave work and go to the pharmacy to find that there is not anybody on the phone. Called the phone number from the store and went to hold without anybody answering the phone.Never had any issue with the Walgreens directly across the street.

Horrible experience in this cvs, my 1st time and last! That old Latin lady I think her name is Liz needs to get a costumer service training ASAP! She wants me to leave my backpack with cash and other important stuff with her at the front so a lovely lady at the line suggested her to check my backpack and I said all I need is. Acovid test ,that horrible cashier ignored me and called someone else, why she didn’t told me that the Covid test was just right there next to the entrance?! Thanks God Eliseo came checked my backpack after I told him I have cash everywhere in my bag and all I needed was a Covid test, he told me that was just there… that horrible old cashier needs or get training and be empathetic with costumers or cvs just need to fired her!

I wish I could give NEGATIVE stars if I could. This place is so ghetto and they have the worst customer service. They need training and even management there doesn't have a leg to stand on. This location has the laziest employees that should be working at walmart with their horrible attitudes! Save your self time and dont ruin your day.Do not go here and just find another cvs location with trained employees that know how to do returns, prices matches from their own website, and that are competent.

I’d like to thank viet. He was so kind and professional literally the best. He made sure my insurance paid for my birth control. He wasn’t rude he was very sweet and kind unlike Jessie. He worked so hard to get my insurance issue resolved. Thank you Viet!And thank you to the store manager Lake, he was also so kind and professional. Those 2 deserve raises with how kind they are and having to clean up their coworkers (Jessie) mess. The 2 kindest ppl I’ve met there so far!

I came in 12/23/22 and I had an awful experience with the older Spanish lady Jessie. She was very rude and telling me I couldn’t pick up my prescription & I asked if I could pay cash and she rolled her eyes at me and walked away then came back and told me a whole bunch of nothing.Jessie was HIGHLY unprofessional and did not want to assist me. She works at a pharmacy and are treating people like this? She shouldn’t be employed. Evil lady.

The drive thru pharmacy Really leaves something to be desired. Today just to drop off a script it took 20 mins. I normally don’t wait but had nothing better to do but see how long it would take. The look of utter disdain I received made me feel like it was racially motivated. By the time the young lady made contact with me it wasn’t hello, sorry for the wait (which at this time I had been there 33 mins) no salutation whatsoever. Being in customer service I know people can be trying. But Please don’t take it out on everyone that comes to your window. I hope that young lady has a better day….

The stores and the corporate office does not answer the phone. They dump you into an endless loop of computer options. Then you get a recording again. Even when you get a human at corporate, they don't answer questions. They just dump you back into voicemail, after promising profusely to give you a human.

Unfortunately, I had to experience discrimination against national origin at this store location, Store# 204, by an arrogant Caucasian woman, who tried to tell me I had to leave my laptop bag at the front door, before I could enter the store and purchase a drink, as in giving the store my business. I was forced to make a public complaint for the Cashier's incompetence, complaint confirmation: S5956447, made on April 27, 2022. I am not sure what my remedy will be, but this ungrateful Cashier, Mel, should be terminated immediately. People are so tired of the corporate mentality of these store associates (and their Owners), who are employed by the people for our spending finance at their business establishments. They are not "paid" by CVS Inc... Sales derived from people spending is what "pays" them... When will they learn?

We been in few CVS pharmacies in our area but this one you feel comfortable cause manager said hi to us the sooner we enter the store and Nancy was a lot help for us been seniors we feel with the help of manager and Nancy very easy for shopping Thankyou?

No visit less than 30 minutes for prescription pick up. Literally never. Hold times at the drive thru and inside for pickup is insanely long with no sense of urgency from employees.COVID testing long wait times! Calls on the phone, long wait times!Avoid all CVS pharmacies if possible. I’ve used several in my days and it only gets worse. Sad to see, this one is no exception.

I really do not understand how these people in the pharmacy have jobs. They should all be fired, including the pharmacists! They’re all lazy, rude, unprofessional, disgusting.. i can literally go on for days. I will never send my scripts to this pharmacy ever again in life. I hope everybody working in this pharmacy go to hell
