The worker precious at this location is completely incompetent. I was on the phone with her for 5 min before she hung up on me. She couldn’t answer a simple question directly. They need new help at this location. I finally got the manager who was able to answer a simple question and told her that her employee hung up on me and not even a sorry that happened to you. I escalated this to corporate. This location really needs a whole new staff.

I was having a very hard day and Briana truly made what was starting as a bad experience, a complete turnaround. She had amazing customer service and really took the time to help me find my unit and even offered and helped me transfer all of my belongings! I truly appreciate her and she saved my day.

This storage place has had the doors and elevators down for multiple weeks at a time and yet still decided to double rates for this customers every 4 months. Pretty scummy.

So don't bother going on the app and trying to close out a unit because these people are stupid as it gets over a month ago I did that and they're calling me now for payment you know it's great The lock has been off that unit for a month. These are just some really stupid people I would go to CubeSmart on alafaya they'll treat you way better than any extra space storage can ever try because even when you want to cancel they keep letting your account go disgusting behavior but what do you expect from extra space storage they're literally the flea market of storage places
