This place is always super clean and easily accessible when you need to go inside. I feel very secure having my things there and can't speak enough about the front desk attendant Chase, Invaluable employee! Please make sure he is being taken care of as, He makes sure he is taking care of business. SUPER HELPFUL, knowledgeable and so courteous! Been using them for almost 2 years now and honestly do not want to have to go anywhere else. Happy with my services, Thank you!

Nickel and dime customers. Try every tactic to force insurance. You don't have to get their insurance they love saying you need it. Unwilling to accommodate customer requests.

Stopped in today was looking for some extra storage due to my garage being very full....Brittany the Manager was awesome very professional n knowledgeable very patient showed me different size storage units with the different prices and discounts...Great job Brittany ?

Anaid provided an excellent customer service on the phone today and was able to start my storage account by taking down all my info. She was clear when explaining the rental details and even texted me samples of what lock I should get. Great service!

This facility is fantastic. I almost don't want you to know about it because it's never crowded right now, no matter the time of day I'm there. It's very secure, and staff is helpful! They supply carts which are in great condition. The whole rental process was so easy, and you don't even have to see a human if that's not your jam. Mika from online support was absolutely wonderful and helped me find the perfectly second unit, close to my first, and at great promo deal.
