  The service alll around is absolutely disgusting. My package was delayed, and I needed to leave for a business trip so I called customer support and was advised that my package was onsite and that I could pick up my package before 730pm that day. I drove 45min only to be told by the male agent at the desk that my package was at the airport. I asked him how this was possible when I saw online that it was onsite and was also advised my the phone rep that I could come into the ship center to pick it up. He told me that the phone reps lie all the time… EXCUSE ME WHAT? Are you not all FedEx employees? A female associate came up from the back and he asked her to see if my package was there. Several minutes later, I hear him talking to someone. He comes back up front and tells me that the package was indeed there but that they don’t have the “manpower” to take it out the truck because they are working on other things. When I told him that I needed to pick up the package before leaving for my business trip they did not care. I asked to speak to manager and was told he was gone for the day. Then another female associate pretty much said that the phone rep never called her, otherwise she would have told him no. In short, I was lied to allegedly by the phone rep, and wasted 1.5 hour commute due to the incompetence and unprofessionalism by FedEx employees all around. No accountability. They should all be fired and replaced by folks with integrity who actually care to help and do the right thing. Very disappointed in this trash service.

  FedEx is by far the worst courier service in the country. They have no customer service whatsoever, they make it impossible to get a parcel from them if you have to work. Never a good experience.

  You might have to wait 10-15 minutes for someone to come out from the back. There is no way to let them know you are up front. Don't show up if you are in a hurry.

  Friendly service. Dropped off prepaid package and was in and out pretty quickly. Small location.

  I had to wait 45 min sitting on the floor in the ship center waiting for the driver to show up with my package. When I called down to the ship center she said it was here. I drove down to pick up and the driver wasn't even there yet. Why tell me that crap then here I was waiting on the floor with very rude employees. I worked for FedEx and let me tell you there was a reason I left that job.A bunch of people that can't track packages and lie to you on the phone.waste!!!!

  At the automatic door and the door stays open with the air conditioning on, well with this heat it is and then the employees can't find the packages and they make you wait an infinite amount of time, not a total disaster.

  Do you have a direct number there I can call someone because I have an interview there and the person email there doesn’t answer back I don’t wanna drive there to get answers and waste gas can I get help ?

  My package was delivered to wrong address. You can’t contact a costumer service in person. My package did not arrive at my address.
