I drove up here from Haines City. Bella was nothing short of helpful, patient, and attentive from beginning to end. She’s two weeks “new in” the company, but I didn’t know this until she told us. We drove up because of the reviews and needing new shoes for my daughter and myself. We did the whole feet scan. We would and will come back. Thanks Bella!

Spent over an hour with me trying to find the perfect pair of shoes. I was successful. This is the way shoe buying used to be. I don't think I'll buy shoes anywhere else after enjoying their customer centric approach. You may have to wait a while depending on how busy it is but it's worth the wait if you have time.

Being in this plaza frequently, I often forget this place exists. With my particularities towards the shoes I know and love, I often buy online, where I feel I can get the best prices with no pressures of sales.
With that said, I made a quick stop to this shop on Friday looking for a particular brand and model. They did not have what I was looking for, and I would have left, no big deal, but I figured while I was there, I could see what out was out there.
While there still exists a level of sales pressure, for example, they are waiting on you, you feel more obligated to buy than you otherwise would, I felt I could walk out anytime empty handed with only a little let down from the staff.
Nevertheless, there were 2 things I enjoyed about my experience:
1) Customer Experience - for the most part, I felt listened to. I knew what kind of shoe I wanted and even if they didn't have the exact shoe I wanted, they were able to give me options with similar profiles. This might sound simple, almost common sense-like, but this isn't always an experience at running shoe stores. Some stores focus too heavy on what they think is best for you, some stores just don't have a product and move you along. They met me in the middle, and I surely noticed it.
2) Prices - As I said, I mostly know what I like and buy online for the better pricing. In stores, there is usually a markup, but the guy actually told me one price and said they are having a sale, the product is towards the end of its life and the price he gave actually matched online, without me having to say a word. I did my due diligence after he went to the back and was pleasantly surprised at the price match without my intervention.
This honest and straightforward approach allowed me to leave with another pair of shoes and a good impression!

I had the absolute best experience today at Fleet Feet Orlando! Matt helped me out and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and so helpful!
I had my feet scanned and found out several things I didn’t know about, including my shoe size had changed since having my second baby.
I am a big online researcher when I need to make a purchase. I had read so many articles and Reddit threads about shoe design, materials, brands and styles. Matt brought a shoe for me that was totally off my radar. With the insoles he recommended and even trimmed for me, these shoes fit like a glove!
He told me that the same type of shoe in different colors can even fit differently due to the molds different factories use. I had no idea!
I was so thrilled with my experience, while I was at the smoothie shop next door, I think I convinced the girl there to go get her feet scanned too. I also recommend the smoothie place if you go to Fleet Feet!
I’ve texted friends and family they should go to a Fleet Feet ASAP and have this done. Just go, and if he’s there, Matt will help you out too!
Ten star experience today. Customer for life.

This place is hard to find a parking spot. I went on a Tuesday afternoon at 2:00 pm. I looked for a spot to park for 15 mins. I will just to go to Melbourne to fit to run. I wanted to experience this place because of the reviews. Not worth my Time and aggravation trying to get in there .

First time here, Todd was our victim haha and he was terrific!
Me and my family had the most amazing time, sadly we couldn’t get the shoes this time but we got some other accessories and inserts after going for the fitting process, the pressure plate that they have is really useful; he was knowledgeable, answering all of our questions, so patient with us! A lot of useful information and pretty good amount of shoes, a good selection. Definitely ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ for him, he needs a raise!
Also the store is extremely organized, clean, good structure 😊

I needed a new walking shoe due to a medical condition. A friend recommended I go to Fleet Feet and see Dominique. I am so glad I did! Dominique was so helpful and knowledgeable. He used his expertise to suggest shoes that would best meet my needs. And, his empathy and caring attitude was so refreshing! I am feeling much better with my new shoes and inserts and I will definitely be going back to see Dominique!
