“I ordered the Crazy About You for my wife, and had it delivered to the Marriott Harbor Lake resort, on Fri, 13Feb26. When we checked-in, she saw the flowers behind the receptionist and commented how beautiful they looked. Then...she noticed the yellow sticky with her name on it.
It was a super surprise and the flowers were absolutely gorgeous! Everyone in the reception area were also complementing how beautiful they were.

I had the most amazing experience with Lake Eola Florist this Valentine’s Day! The sunflower arrangement was absolutely stunning . fresh, vibrant, and beautifully arranged. The colors were so bright and cheerful, it instantly lit up the whole room.
They also delivered balloons and a card, and everything was perfect. The balloons were high quality and added such a sweet touch, and the handwritten card was done with care. You can tell they truly pay attention to detail.
Delivery was right on time, especially impressive for Valentine’s Day when things are so busy. Everything arrived in perfect condition and looked even better than I imagined.

“Whilst on a family vacation in Orlando my brother announced that he and his long term partner would be getting married that afternoon in the Orange County Court House. Surprise! I took it upon myself to organize the flowers, and arrived at this florist asking for "emergency" wedding bouquets. 15 minutes later I was on my way again with 2 beautiful flower arrangements. “I did workflow studies for my job and Sam's Club is So much better than -Costco where the lines are long at check out. -They don't trust customer with their scanners at the check out counters. -And if you earned a reward check you can't use them at the self check out counters. They have to cash you out and process at the desk. Time waster!!! I asked them why they were not automated" because the way it is." So I switched to Sam's club because of their efficiency and effective workflows and better customer service. Walmarts charges you an annual charge to express your A$$ at the checkout counter. Great Job Sam's Club. You nailed excellent customer service efficiencies for your clientele.”
