In general, very satisfied with the merchandise and the attention received. They even found out which was the closest store that had an item we were looking for in stock.
What we disliked greatly was the attitude of an employee towards our disabled son who, not being able to stand for the entire time required to shop in the store, had sat in one of those cubes where they display piles of merchandise but occupying a free corner that did not affect the merchandise displayed. The staff member imperatively said that our son could not theoretically be there "for security reasons"... we don't know what his own or third parties' security could be influenced. Up to that point it would be acceptable... THE UNACCEPTABLE THING WAS THAT WHEN WE REQUESTED SOME SEAT SO THAT OUR SON COULD WAIT SITTING AND WITHOUT AFFECTING THE MENTIONED SECURITY, HE SUGGESTED US THAT HE COULD SIT ON THE BENCH LOCATED IN THE OUTDOOR AREA OUTSIDE THE STORE. The temperature at that moment being approximately 96°F. It is worth mentioning that one of my son's disabilities is mental, so in addition to suffering from the heat, he would remain without assistance or our care if he was outside.
Then that individual was working as a cashier and curiously we saw that he also had a very unpleasant attitude towards a family, being disrespectful towards the father of that family.
I understand that the rest of the female staff is supportive of him out of camaraderie but someone definitely needs to teach him good manners and respect, especially for a DISABLED person.

The administrator is a person who does not like Latinos, she is haughty, threatening and disrespectful to clients.
Additionally, I went to the children's section to bring a larger size and I left my son waiting at the checkout and she went and snatched the item from my son.
This person does not deserve to be in that position, they should give the opportunity to a cordial person who is respectful and kind to customers.

This Gap is a very clean and organized store. There is plenty of space between racks and clothing displays to navigate around and shop.This Gap is located at an outlet with parking spaces that are tight and close. Be aware if you're concerned about your vehicle.
