Green Motion

Car Rental
Hours: Green Motion at Orlando International Airport offers a convenient car hire service that is easy to locate. Customers arriving at Terminal A can find the shuttle at stop A-12, while those at Terminal B should head to stop B-12 on Level 1. Shuttles run every 15 to 20 minutes, and assistance is available via phone if needed. While many customers experience a clean vehicle in mint condition and appreciate the friendly and professional drivers, some have noted issues with long wait times at the counter, particularly for those who made reservations. Suggestions include creating a separate line for those with reservations and improving the organization at the desk to enhance the overall experience. Despite some concerns about the management and order during peak times, the shuttle service is praised for its promptness, and the vehicle drop-off is described as efficient and seamless. Several customers highlighted the helpfulness of staff members, including the drivers and desk agents, with specific mentions of individual employees who provided exceptional service. Overall, Green Motion offers a solid rental experience, though improvements in organization could enhance customer satisfaction further.
