Can't remember the young lady name that went over and beyond to make sure we were taking care. But we were pleased and grateful with her service. She kept us laughing while waiting for our vehicle and she's has very great customer service

I recently visited a hertz location on south orange Avenue in Orlando Florida and was extremely stressed due to lack of time . The woman at the counter was super helpful , efficient, n quick which allowed me to calm myself down . My only regret was that I did not get the woman's name

Extremely long wait despite empty branch – no promised follow-up
I had a confirmed reservation at Hertz Orlando, 139 South Orange Avenue. Despite arriving on time and the branch being completely empty, I had to wait 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive my car.
The staff member promised to email me later that same day with an explanation for the delay and details about possible compensation. This email never arrived.
Very poor customer service — both in terms of efficiency and reliability. I would not recommend this branch to anyone.

I was very unsatisfied with the way they handled business no one informed me about extending my rental, they didn’t do a walk around so I was just supposed to just go along with what ever they did or had going on their end I was supposed to be alright with it I will not be referring no one to Hertz rental period

Pair for a convertible months ago but did not get one. „There are no convertibles in Orlando“ was the excuse. Gonna get the caused damage back by lawsuit.

Disappointed by the Lack of Accountability
I rented a Mazda CX-90 from this Hertz location with only 9,000 miles on it. When I went to return the vehicle, it wouldn’t open—completely unresponsive. I contacted Hertz, and they arranged for the vehicle to be towed and scheduled a LYFT to get me back to the rental facility. While I appreciated the ride, this was a major inconvenience that disrupted my plans.
I requested a refund or at least a complimentary rental day due to the malfunction, but the front desk refused. No accountability, no empathy—just a dismissal of what should’ve been taken seriously.
If you’re considering renting from this location, be aware: should something go wrong, don’t expect them to make it right. A frustrating experience from what should be a professional rental service.

Wish I would have looked at reviews beforehand. This is around the corner from my office so I thought it would be convenient. The service clerk was awesome. Super nice. But also completely solo. It took 90 minutes from the time I arrived until I left. There was one person ahead of me. We spent 15 minutes locked out before someone even arrived to help us. This was at 10:30am.
Not a great experience, even though the staff was doing their best.
