Shelby was amazing. All of the employees from the time I picked up car with courtesy ride from and to train station after a week rental, were polite and went out of their way to help me!

Ricky made the pick up of my rental so fast and simple. Unlike budget where they were trying to get me.to rent a cargo van instead of the sun i reserved because they rented all the normal cars including my reserved out.
