Ricky made the pick up of my rental so fast and simple. Unlike budget where they were trying to get me.to rent a cargo van instead of the sun i reserved because they rented all the normal cars including my reserved out.

Tametris was extremely helpful and friendly when we dropped off our rental. We needed a Lyft to Sanford International Airport and she ensured that we were able to give the correct address for pick up (and even walked us to the pick up point!). Great customer service!
