VERY POORLY MANAGED LOCATION. Too long wait in line even after being a Gold member. They didn’t have prioritized service for Gold members, no one was there on Gold desk and too slow in processing a regular line. I was waiting for 3 hrs and still didn’t get any help. Pretty much waste of time.

The agents have no clue about what they are doing. They declined to extend my vehicle and gave me wrong information when I need to rewrite the contract. Basically, their staff needs to be retrained.

This is the worst company. Do not rent from them. We had a car reserved at another Hertz location. When we went to pick it up it wasn't there, and they sent us to the Orange Ave location at rush hour on a Friday afternoon. We called ahead to say we were rushing but would be 5 min after 5pm. The man said they had the car for us and he would "try to wait" but when we arrived at 5:05 he was gone. It was their problem but he could not wait five minutes nor did he call to see how close we were. Not open again until Monday, so our family cannot leave on our trip. No one answers the phone at any location or at corporate office. Absolutely horrible service.

Customer service needs work. This place was known for not having hidden fees. Lies, I'd rather go to the other rental companies.

The rental car was fine, but the toll policy is enough to never make me want to rent from Hertz ever again. In Miami, the tolls automatically charge the license plate, which triggers the “toll pass”. For less than $20 worth of tolls, they charged a $40 admin fee and possibly tax? It ended up costing $67 in tolls. I will never rent from them ever again, due to this policy.

Great experience. Very clean car with lower miles. Manager was friendly and quick. I booked a reservation online before arriving and he had me taken care of in no time. I normally rent at the airport but this was way better.

After making the booking and having all paid for, 2 months before my reservation, I checked on Google Reviews to see the reviews and I had to say I actually was worried after seeing the reviews as the reviews weren't great. so I turned up an hour before my reservation start time because due to the reviews, the process is very slow. But actually, the process was very quick and smooth so I was pleased despite the bad reviews. Although I did have to wait outside for 20 mins for the car to arrive as I was told to wait outside while they bring the car around. But other than that, I am fairly pleased with the condition and cleanliness of the car. I was very worried after seeing the reviews before picking up the vehicle

Took over an hour to get my car…..I was the only one in line. I booked an SUV and they gave me a Honda civic. Wildly mismanaged branch.

First off, my expectations are very low when it comes to renting a car, in general. I expect it to be a below par experience. But this time around... It was way worse and possibly my worst experience ever (I have rented cars for 20+ years).The representative I met might be good at some things, but customer service is not one of them. Zero understanding, and below zero communication skills.I had a booking that was prepaid and settled months before and one would think that the process of getting the car would be smooth. I had even filled out the "fill in this form in advance so you get the car faster-form". Roughly 45 minutes at the counter trying to sort out a car. And we were the only ones there.At lot of texting between the guy at the counter and someone else while waiting for the car.Once I got the key I asked if he could guarantee that there were no additional fees or charges. The reply?: No, I can't guarantee that.Once I got the key I was told to go out and to the left and wait for the car. I then asked if he would bring me the car or someone else. The reply: I don't know.Over 30 minutes of wait by the curb the car showed up.To summarize: a few more incidents happened but I don't want to hang the representive out, but that guy needs to either find another job or do some training in how to handle customers.In all honesty, Hertz is usually better than this. But they need to fix this place.By a landslide, my worst rental experience. Ever.
