I would say half star if I could. We have a resv for today and my spouse waited 55 minutes for someone to show up at the Hertz desk- no one! The hotel front desk said the same thing - they are not contactable:(. So no car even though we had a resv!

Great experience at this Hertz location. Kind of tucked off the street some. The staff was very friendly. Got me checked in and off to my next adventure. I would recommend it to others in the area.

These people are scammers.
Robert had to call his manager to check on a reservation. Why even employee people with no base knowledge of their job?
I was also told that his manager reached out to me earlier in the day to inform me of a “shortage of vehicles”. Comical.
What a joke of a location
