Would give 0 star if it was an option. Rented a car here many weeks in advance. Show up on the day and no car available. Person at desk was super rude with no options available. We are in Orlando and this is hertz. Very bad service from Hertz itself. Would not rent again with them ever.

The worst car hire experience ever. Car pick up booked for 11am. After 1 hour and being on the phone for 40 minutes when both service support staff hung up as they couldn’t tell me where the car was I cancelled. Never use Hertz in the 32837 Florida area. Hertz - disgraceful service. This office should be closed
