Trash, do not visit this place in Orlando Florida none of them were helpful. I wanted in the lobby for 3 hours just for them to say they have no cars available.

At first I was skeptical about this company due to the bad reviews. However it makes sense now. For starters I made my reservation 3 weeks in advance. I called to confirm everything was still good to go because I know how things over the phone / internet can go. I call just to find out “I never made a reservation.” That was extremely hard to believe being that I had a total price as well as the additional holding fee that eventually gets released back to you. I had the exact day and time I called. I also mentioned the representative that scheduled a pick up for me once I checked out of the hotel. Needless to say none of that mattered because “I never made a reservation”. Do yourself a favor and just go elsewhere. Save yourself the headache.

Thaddeus gave me a 2019 Jeep & his customer service was awesome, he made sure the car was very clean and was very motivated I was in a bad mood because my car was in an accident not my fault and meeting him made my day. I returned my vehicle and the sweetest lady from Morocco (sorry I’m not good with names) but she drove me home after and was so pleasant it’s really nice to see people go out of their way to help you. And from now on I’m only going to This Location. Good behavior as well as manners goes a long way. Thank you Hettz Rental for hiring a good team Two thumbs up ???? One for Morocco & One for Thaddeus?

If you want a job where you can really suck, then this is the place for you! Benefits, steady paycheck and air conditioning. I would bet with the quality of the current employees you could move up fast!! No college? No high school? No problem! You have the perfect resume’!

Confirmed reservation for 10am on 12/19/18. Arrived 9:58am. Called at 10:01 rudely told that we don’t man the desk unless we have rental someone will be there in 10 minutes. Staff arrived only to be told there are no cars due to weather. Others also waiting. No apology nothing. Called Avis and rented there. Marriott should evict this group and Hertz should revoke the franchise.

Buyer Beware! They will steal from you! They charged me an extra $70 - instead of giving me my $ back they want to split the difference and refund me $30.00 - I feel robbed - Hertz is awful and these people will lie to your face

Shady shady shady... Picked up a car with 7/8 tank of gas and, because of the Hispanic lady's poor English, I apparently agreed to prepay to fill the car up. $35 for 3/8 tank of gas which would have been around $10 in this particular car. Called the help line and was told to pay to fill it up, turn in a receipt and hopefully we would get a credit... Not taking the chance of giving them more money... Should have taken an Uber to an Enterprise... Don't rent from here.

I had a great experience with my hertz checkin with James and checkout with a very friendly gentleman. My car was clean and prices online were spot on for the area. I filled up the tank and picked up and dropped off at the requested times with no lines or issues. I will rent with hertz again!

We stayed in the villa suites. If you've got little ones to put down early, of just like the elbow room... you CAN NOT beat this place. It was so clean, and comfortable. The bed- oh! I didn't want to go home. The staff was so so terrific, everyone seemed so well trained and willing to do anything to help us out. I researched hundreds of places- this one exceeded my expectations! It was just so terrific. Enjoy your stay!!
