It was a very positive experience. The manager was helpful and efficient. My return was processed promptly, and the entire experience went as planned. A great relief, considering the very negative reviews.

I had a great experience with my hertz checkin with James and checkout with a very friendly gentleman. My car was clean and prices online were spot on for the area. I filled up the tank and picked up and dropped off at the requested times with no lines or issues. I will rent with hertz again!
