Great hotel with awesome gym and helpful staff happy to help! What isnt listed here though are the restaurants which are mostly good but fastbreak is overpriced for basic meals that are small and fairly subpar. Also 1 beer was $18... I was at a table of 6 ir more people but this isnt a baseball stadium.

Yet again another amazing stay for fun/vacation! Came here exactly a year ago and many more times. Jill & Mia were so amazing, top tier customer service. Restaurants were amazing as always, this hotel is a perfect balance for a resort and vacationing to Universal.
