I am very disappointed in my experience at the portrait studio. I went yesterday to do my 40th birthday photoshoot, I had the photographer Mable. My session was for 4:45 PM I arrive there at maybe 4:55 PM. This was a very important shoot for me because it's my 40TH birthday photo shoot. I was running a few minutes late because I got stuck at work. As I walked in balloons & bag of changing clothes in hand, I apologize for being late but she was sitting down at the computer and chatting with 2 other ladies at the desk & didnt get up right away so I was surprised when she began to rush me. I went in to change clothes really quickly and after just a few minute she knocked on the door rushing me again. I actually had to tell her this is an important shoot for me. I'm already here so let's make it happen. She said she had a 5:30 person coming. But the person never came, I know this because she didn't check me out until 5:44 pm. I felt really rushed the whole session. And she kept making comments about how we needed to hurry up. I actually was afraid the pictures wouldn't come out nice because it was so rushed but thankfully they did come out nice. When I checked out I was wondering why I could only pick 1 pose & if I wanted 3digital images it was going to cost me an additional $95. Which I mentioned to her. Apparently, I gave her the wrong Groupon but I liked the pictures and I needed the asap. So I paid the $95. But today, which is the next day, first thing when they opened I call to let her know the wrong Groupn was used, she said " there's nothing I can do about it" . So sadly, something that I should have gotten for $27, I spent $95 plus the $17 Groupon that I gave her by misyake.I was offer no type of courtesy or compensation. It's my birthday for goodness sake. I will not go back to this JCPenney's to take pictures. I will go to another location.

I went to change some earrings and all the stones came off. I went to the Florida Mall since I was shopping at other establishments. To my surprise they told me that they could only exchange them at the store where I bought them because it was jewelry? I have never heard such a thing before? I hope I can have the time to change them. Because it was a little gift that I gave to my granddaughter.

Bought a pair of sneakers at JC Penney Jansen Beach but the clerk forgot to remove the security tag.The clerk here checked my receipt and removed the tag with a smile.The store is clean with a decent inventory.

I think this store is fantastic. It has everything for women, men and children, as well as a huge Big and Tall department with great clothes. Prices are higher than in outlets, but it's worth it. It also has a bed, table and bath area. I recommend

The price wasn't the same at the register and I had to wait for the privilege to pay. Dressing rooms were a total mess, and I didn't see many employees except 2 cashiers on the top floor.
