Karen is the only technician there. She is super busy. But she is very nice and sweet. My veins are small and usually take several tries. But she did it in one shot.

Karen was my technician. I had an appointment at 11 am. I checked in 10 minutes before and was addressed after waiting a few minutes. Karen was quick, efficient, and friendly. No issues with the blood draw. I strongly suggest making an appointment since Karen told me she was the only technician at this location.
