The person that assisted me with lab work was kind and professional, I didn’t even feel it and she chatted with me and it really helped me stay grounded (I have a fear of needles lol). I feel they were may have been bit under staffed as I only saw her doing all the work. Nonetheless, I’d book here again!

Karen is the only technician there. She is super busy. But she is very nice and sweet. My veins are small and usually take several tries. But she did it in one shot.
