Life Storage is an overall great place for storage needs, especially for the price. The customer service is really incredible, with staff described as helpful, friendly, professional, good people, and tremendous help. A specific employee is noted for being honest, punctual, a great conversationalist, very informative, and having infectious energy. The staff assists in examining units, showing different options, and helping customers find the perfect or better-suited unit, making the process easy and hassle-free. They are also helpful about the local community. The sign-up process is very efficient and quick. The facility offers a large selection, including drive-up access, climate-controlled units, and non-climate controlled units. Some AC units were out in one building but were in the process of being fixed. The location features exceptional security, electronic gate access, multiple entrance/exit gates, and a manager living on site. It is recommended for anyone needing storage.
